SHIPPING

We currently ship to locations in Switzerland.​

We deliver by Swiss Post.

We have free shipping on all orders of CHF 50 and above.

For any orders under CHF 50, there is a CHF 7 shipping fee.

Orders take 1-3 working days to arrive.

Watch out for any updates on shipping delays due to hot weather in the summer.  If the temperature is too high, we may hold the order for a few days until it cools down.

 

RETURNS

We stand behind the quality of our products at ZAZ. If your item arrives damaged:

• Contact us at hello@zazsnacks.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged item.

• Provide clear photos of the damage.

• We'll exchange the damaged item for a new one.

• Shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by us.

Please note:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging for exchange.

• We don’t offer returns for refunds, only exchanges for damaged items.
