Our journey kicked off with a craving: to whip up ultra-clean, indulgent snacks that don't just taste mind-blowing but also leave your gut feeling as light post-munch.
Enter the trio: Julia, Abouzar and Funda, united by their love for tasty snacks. Together they set out on a mission: crafting plant-based, organic, and refined-sugar-free chocolate snacks that redefine deliciousness.
The goal? To dish out a fresh, clean Swiss chocolate experience, flipping traditional recipes on their heads with plant-based magic. And when the first batches hit taste buds, the chorus was unanimous: "This is unreal—it's vegan?!"
ZAZ Snacks? Oh, they're the creation of our pastry chef at FoodYoung Labs, nestled in the Alpine foothills of Southern Switzerland, not far from the Italian border. We're talking Swiss precision mingling with Italian culinary wizardry and that American innovation vibe.
